Superb location, convenient transportation, captivating interior design, comfortable bedsheets, high-quality breakfast, accommodating staff.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was superb, being just a stone's throw away from the main train station and within walking distance of the metro. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Secondly, the level of service we received was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room were top-notch. From the air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities, everything was of high quality and enhanced our comfort.

Our only recommendation would be to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. While the property was generally clean, we noticed that the staff who cleaned the rooms sometimes missed replacing the complimentary coffee and cups, as well as ensuring there was water and cleaning out the used capsules.

The room decor was amazing, with a cute and romantically designed ambiance that felt typically old-fashioned Parisian. The attention to detail was evident, with curated and well-placed items throughout the room. The sound insulation was excellent, great for a peaceful and quiet stay. the location was very convenient, being situated between two major train stations and making it easy for us to travel around the city.

We were a bit disappointed with the immediate area surrounding the hotel, as it could be a bit scary at night, especially if you're not used to big cities. there were occasional sewer smells in the bathroom, somewhat unavoidable given the building's age.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely adjoining shower room and toilet. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was a worthwhile additional payment.

We arrived at the hotel and were immediately impressed by its stylish interior. The room was perfect for our family with two small kids, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was so convenient, being super close to the main train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city with the kids. we had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities provided in the room.

That there were no toothbrushes provided, which was a bit strange.

Great location near train stations, easy to get around. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fun and polished decor, even better than pictures. Homemade cake and flavored water provided in the afternoon. Comfortable rooms and powerful showers. Can't wait to return.
